EMDR is a highly effective method used to assist you to process traumatic memories.  


 In a safe, welcoming environment you will be able to raise the past issues causing you distress and, learn about the process.   


You will also be shown Skills and Techniques to regulate your emotions.

Communication is a skill, and for many reasons we all struggle to express ourselves at times.  


Do you feel unable to express your needs or wants, or are unable to assert yourself when necessary.


Learn why some conversations lead to conflict and what it is about our interpretation or speech that contributes to conflict. 

Remaining calm, using good listening and verbal skills can make even difficult conversations significantly less stressful lead to positive outcomes.

Psychoeducation provides the understanding of how the challenges you face developed and are maintained.  


Skills Education is how you learn to manage and overcome the thoughts and feelings you find challenge your self-concept and self-esteem. 


Practicing the skills you learn is how you develop the mastery to stay in control of how you think and feel.
