Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a proven method of working with changing our thoughts to improve our mood, behaviours and consequently our lives.
Gain an understanding of your thought processes, challenge those thoughts that are holding you back or making you unhappy.
EMDR
Hypervigilance, exaggerated startle response, vivid images that cause you distress are all indicators of trauma.
EMDR is a highly effective method used to assist you to process traumatic memories.
In a safe, welcoming environment you will be able to raise the past issues causing you distress and, learn about the process.
You will also be shown Skills and Techniques to regulate your emotions.
Communication is a skill, and for many reasons we all struggle to express ourselves at times.
Do you feel unable to express your needs or wants, or are unable to assert yourself when necessary.
Learn why some conversations lead to conflict and what it is about our interpretation or speech that contributes to conflict.
Remaining calm, using good listening and verbal skills can make even difficult conversations significantly less stressful lead to positive outcomes.

Practicing the skills you learn is how you develop the mastery to stay in control of how you think and feel.
